The FX Experts Cup that started right here returns with two days of tournament programming. Rounds run on October 23 and October 24 starting at 1:00 PM, with the grand final on Saturday afternoon before the awards ceremony. Open to all expo attendees — General and VIP. The venue: Centro de Eventos el Tesoro
Centro de Eventos el Tesoro is a premium event venue inside Medellín's iconic Tesoro mall, located in the upscale El Poblado district. It offers multiple halls, full AV production, easy parking and direct access from the city's best hotels. The venue has been the home base for two prior FX Expo Medellín editions and is widely considered the best mid-size events space in Colombia.
Travel & logistics
Getting there: José María Córdova Airport (MDE) is Medellín's main international hub — 45 minutes from El Poblado by car. Direct flights from Miami, Madrid, Mexico City, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Lima, Panama and key US cities. Uber and InDriver both operate in the city.
Where to stay: El Poblado (5-minute walk from the venue) and Provenza are the recommended neighborhoods. Quality 4-star hotels start around $90 USD/night; top boutique stays range $140–$220 USD/night. Book early — October is high season.

What's next after Medellín
After Medellín concludes on October 24 (or technically October 25 at 4 AM), the FX Expo Global tour pauses for the holiday season. 2027 returns with a five-edition calendar: Dubai (March), Guadalajara (May), Medellín (July), Buenos Aires (September) and Costa Rica (November). The Dubai edition launches the "FX Expo Global" flagship brand for the first international tier.
