The conditions that apply when you register for or buy a ticket to an FX Expo Global event, and when you attend it.
General admission to the expo floor is free, with limited spots. Paid tickets are sold in US dollars; your bank may apply exchange fees.
Capacity is limited and tickets are allocated in order of registration or purchase. Bring your ticket QR code (in the attendee app or your confirmation email).
Free tickets need no cancellation: if your plans change, simply don't use your ticket.
VIP and General + Market Close tickets are non-refundable but transferable up to 48 hours before the event: write to contact@fxexpoglobal.com with the original registration details and the new attendee's name and email.
These terms do not limit any rights you may have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.
If the organiser cancels the event, holders of paid tickets can choose a full refund or a credit for a future edition. If the event is postponed, we will notify ticket holders by email; your ticket stays valid for the new date, and if you cannot attend it you can choose a refund or a credit.
The agenda, speakers, schedules and activities may change for reasons beyond our control. These changes do not entitle you to a refund unless the event is cancelled.
Market Close is for people aged 18 or over: bring a valid photo ID. Alcohol is served only to adults.
Staff may refuse entry to, or remove without refund, anyone who behaves aggressively, harasses or discriminates against others, or puts the safety of the event at risk. The rules of each venue also apply.
Photos and video will be taken during the event and may be published on our channels and by our sponsors. If you prefer not to appear, tell our staff at the entrance.
Market Close is the official after-party of FX Expo Medellín: Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 10 PM to 4 AM at Hi, I'm SCI Club (Calle 10A #34-11, El Poblado, Medellín). It is included with VIP and is also sold as General + Market Close ($25 USD). Entry is for adults only with a valid photo ID, and the venue's door policy applies.
The FX Experts Cup is a live trading tournament on MT5 with a virtual balance, held at the expo. Registration is free and separate from your expo ticket, on the Cup page. To compete you also need an expo ticket (free General admission or VIP).
By registering you agree that your name and MT5 account number appear on the tournament's public leaderboard. Prizes are those announced on the Cup page, and winners are decided by the results of the tournament platform.

Sponsors and exhibitors are independent companies; their products may not be authorised or available in your country. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with a ticket is limited to the price you paid for it. We may update these terms; the version published on the date of your registration or purchase applies to it.
