If your company sells to Latin American traders, the hard part is rarely the product. It is reaching enough of them, face to face, in a room where people came to compare providers and do business. That is what FX Expo Global was built for, and in 2027 the series returns to four cities: Guadalajara, Medellín, Quito and, as a new destination, Costa Rica.
This is the case for sponsoring: who is in the room, what each level includes, what sponsors did in 2026 and how to start a conversation today.
Who you would be in front of
In 2026 FX Expo Global ran four editions in four countries and welcomed more than 7,700 attendees. The year opened in Guadalajara, passed through Quito, which drew 4,279 registrations in the strongest debut of the series, and Buenos Aires, the first edition in the Southern Cone, and closed in Medellín with 4,500 registrations and 2,200 attendees.
| Edition | Dates (2026) | Attendees | Brands on the floor |
|---|---|---|---|
| Guadalajara | Feb 27–28 | 2,500+ | 75 exhibitors |
| Quito | May 29–30 | 1,500+ | 15 sponsor companies |
| Buenos Aires | Sep 17–18 | 1,500+ | 12 sponsor brands |
| Medellín | Oct 22–24 | 2,200 | 20 sponsors |
Who are these people? When registrants in Buenos Aires were asked which role they identify with, 1,024 answered student, 567 trader, 342 business owner and 305 investor, followed by enthusiasts, analysts, networkers, influencers, educators and fund managers. It is a floor where people who are learning, trading and building businesses around trading meet the brokers, academies, fintechs and technology providers that serve them.
With Medellín 2026, the series has reached seven editions, 13,000+ attendees, five countries and 95+ companies on the floor, according to the figures on our sponsor page. General admission to the expo is free with registration, and the official attendee app supports networking.
What a sponsor gets
Sponsorship is built around four families of formats. Every level includes direct access to the audience, and the rest scales with your ambition. Pricing is on request at every level.
Seven levels, from Titanium to Startup
| Level | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Titanium | Main-stage placement and keynote slot, the largest booth on the floor, premium branding across the venue and a VIP night hosting presence. |
| Diamond | Flagship booth placement, main-stage visibility, a branded session and VIP night presence. |
| Platinum · Gold | Strong booth visibility, branded sessions, panel participation and your logo across event media. |
| Silver · Bronze · Startup | Booth space on the floor, networking access and brand recognition. The entry tier for emerging fintechs and prop firms. |
Individual items and spaces
If you want a specific piece of the venue, you can sponsor the official lanyard, the registration kiosk, the VIP night, the trading arena, flags and banners, stage branding or app and digital placements. Ask the team for availability before you plan around one.

Talks, awards and the Cup
For thought leadership, you can sponsor a keynote stage, a panel or a workshop room, or partner with the FX Expo Awards through a category or the award certificates. The FX Experts Cup, our live trading tournament held at every edition, is also open to sponsors: title sponsor, prize pool partner, trophy branding, live stream, leaderboard or closing ceremony.

What sponsors did in 2026
Medellín, in October, is the clearest recent example. Twenty sponsors, from brokers and liquidity providers to fintechs, academies and technology companies, took part in a three-day program: the VIP night on October 22 at Diez Hotel, two expo days on October 23 and 24 at Centro de Eventos El Tesoro, the FX Experts Cup on Friday at 13:00 Colombia time, 13 FX Expo Global Awards and, on Saturday night, Market Close, the official after-party.
Vonix, a Titanium sponsor, took the official lanyards and co-sponsored Market Close, so its brand was present both on the expo floor by day and at the Saturday-night after-party. Capital Street joined as a Platinum sponsor.

The other editions ran at a different scale: 75 exhibitors in Guadalajara; 15 sponsor companies and a 120-guest VIP night in Quito; 12 sponsor brands, 16 talks and panels and a 75-guest VIP night in Buenos Aires.
The 2027 calendar
Four editions are on the 2027 calendar. Exact dates and venues are still to be confirmed, so this is the right time to plan around months rather than days.
If your market spans more than one of these countries, you do not have to choose just one city. Whether and how a plan across several editions could work is a conversation to have with the team, so mention the editions you have in mind in your first message. For the month-by-month view, read the 2027 calendar guide.
How to get started
- Define the goal. Brand awareness, direct conversations with prospects, partnerships or recognition: different formats serve different goals.
- Choose formats and editions. A level, a sponsored item, a talk or awards slot or the FX Experts Cup, in one or more of the four 2027 cities.
- Send the form. Tell us about your company, the editions and the level or format you are considering. The team responds within 24 hours.
- Confirm availability and pricing. Items and spaces are subject to availability and pricing is on request, so the team will walk you through what is open.
